So che il mio messaggio vi sembrerà un po'sconosciuto, ma abbiate  fiducia poiché sono una persona onesta. Vorrei che vi prestavate  un'attenzione particolare poiché il grande ha Raoul umanistico Follereau  li ha insegnati che "nullo non ha il diritto di essere felice molto solo„.

Sono il sig. Tosa BELIN di nazionalità rumena da parte di mio padre e di  madre italiana. Ho risieduto alcuni tempi fa in GHANA in seguito ad affari fiorenti che  ho intrapreso nel settore agricolo e nel tessile. Ciò che mi ha permesso
di beneficiare di importanti fondi valutati finora alla somma di DUE  MILIONI TRE CENTO DIECI OTTO MILLE EURO (2.318.000, 00 €).Sono attualmente in osservazione alla CLINICA MAGNIN in Nuova Caledonia  dove beneficio di una prestazione di cura e da cui vi scrivo questo  messaggio.

Soffro purtroppo di un cancro terribile, cioè che sono condannato ad una  morte sicuro e certa.
Il mio medico curante anche lo ha appena informato che i miei giorni  sono contati a causa del mio stato di salute deteriorato. Ma la mia  situazione è tale che non ho né donna, né bambini né parenti a che  potrei legare la mia eredità. È per ciò che vorrei in modo gentile e per  aiutare i poveri, legarvi questi fondi per permettervi di costruire una  fondazione che porterà il mio nome. Li prego di accettare quest'offerta per non che i miei averi diventano
sistematicamente la proprietà del governo del GHANA.
